At Pediatric Partners, we pride ourselves on our commitment to open, honest communication between our providers, our patients, and their parents coupled with up-to-date evidence-based medical knowledge and nationally-recognized care.
Each patient has an ongoing relationship with a personal provider of choice trained to provide continuous and comprehensive care. Allowing patients and their families to select and identify a personal clinician provides continuity of care. One of the core principles at Pediatric Partners is this continuity of care for each and every patient. Our focus is treating every patient based upon their specific needs as well as coordinating all aspects of each patient’s care. Personal provider choice may be established at patient enrollment and/or changed at any time by verbal request at check-in/out or by completing a change of personal provider request form.
We understand the special bond that develops between a patient and his or her primary care provider and make every effort to schedule patients with their personal provider. Providers’ daily schedules are structured to allow for same day appointments. Receptionists are thus able to offer patients the opportunity to see their personal provider, whether the nature of their visit is for well-child, routine, or acute care. Being a small five provider practice, many of our patients are familiar with and familiar to all our providers. In the event that a particular provider is not available, patients and providers feel comfortable being scheduled for an acute matter with another provider in the practice.
